The staff was amazingly nice. the location is very favorable, close to the outskirts of Baños, the bus terminal, main town square, and all the restaurants/cafes/tour companies. the queen room I booked for 4 nights was comfortable. I enjoyed the fruit juice, fresh bread, and fruit in the morning.

i would recomand this hotel to all, enjoyed it. the rooms are good sized with comfortable beds and smoke detectors.

Every time in Banos we stay in this hotel. That's a charming and absolutely great place when visiting Banos for shopping. It has good location in Banos just next door to the restaurants as well as center of town. Everyone is outstandingly accommodating and super-friendly and owner too.
